Shipping & Returns Policy
Delivery Information
We provide a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Available delivery choices will be shown when placing your order online.
To ensure prompt dispatch, full payment and all required information (including prescription details, where applicable) must be received within the following timescales:

Courier Standard: Monday–Friday, orders placed before 4pm

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Monday–Friday, orders placed before 1pm
📦 Free Delivery is available on all orders valued at £200 or above.
Order Tracking

If you provide a mobile number or email address at checkout, you’ll receive delivery notifications with tracking information. You can also view tracking details in your My Account section (if an account was created when placing your order).
Deliveries to Business & Residential Addresses

A signature will be recorded electronically (your name entered into the signature field).

A photo will be taken upon delivery.

If no one is available, you will receive a delivery notification card and/or email/text, and your parcel will be returned to the courier’s warehouse.
Safe Place Deliveries

Where a safe place has been authorised:

The courier will leave the parcel in that location.

A card will be posted through your door confirming where the parcel was left.

A photograph will be taken showing the parcel and surrounding area.

⚠️ Please note: Not all items (especially those issued by distributing pharmacies) can be left in a safe place. If you are unsure, please check before purchase. We cannot accept liability for items that are damaged, lost, or returned if left unattended.
Returning Defective Items

Items should only be returned when authorisation has been given i.e defective product from the distributor and must be within the timeframes stipulated in our terms and conditions.

Any charges incurred to return items are at your own expense.

Any prescription skincare items or otherwise are non-refundable and non-returnable.
