Cancellation Policy

Booking a treatment should only proceed once you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision, and you are confident in your wish to proceed. Deposit Requirement All treatments require payment of 50% of the treatment cost at the time of booking. For appointments made offline, if payment is not received within 24 hours, the appointment will be released. Once payment is received and the appointment confirmed, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable, as product(s) will be sourced in preparation. Cooling Off Periods & Consent If consent is withdrawn, or if you decide not to proceed with treatment, a credit will be applied to your account. This can be redeemed against other services in the future. Cancellations & Changes A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all appointment changes or cancellations. Where less than 72 hours’ notice is provided, any payments already made will be non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge up to 30% of the remaining treatment cost as a late cancellation fee.
